This notice explains how Kairos Academy handles personal data shared through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send a form, we collect what you type in: your name, email, mobile number, the programme you are interested in, your experience level and your message. We also record which page you sent it from and how you found us (for example a search engine or Instagram).

If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and your messages.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a trial class and tell you about the class you asked about. Knowing how you found us helps us understand which of our channels work.

Who sees it

Only the Kairos Academy team. Form entries are stored in a private Google Sheet. Memberships, waivers and payments are handled in Gymdesk, which has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for your enquiry or membership, then we delete it.

Website analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing connect@kairosacademysg.com.
