Kids jiu jitsu at Kairos Academy
Jiu jitsu for kids builds physical awareness and mental resilience, with problem-solving skills.
As well as learning the concepts and techniques of jiu jitsu, we share the importance of creativity and humility, while building confidence and friendships.

Kids classes are split into age groups, for safety and so each child learns in a way that suits their age.

A safe place to learn
Our mat, the KairosAeroGround™, is a custom-built spring floor system. Its responsive cushioning absorbs impact and gives stable support, so children can move, fall and play safely.
Holiday camps
In the school holidays we run camps that mix jiu jitsu with creative projects. See the Print. Roll. Play. Camp.
